Across five immersive sessions, this process uses the expressive language of art alchemy and paint to gently uncover and release unconscious relational patterns, emotional contracts, and energetic imprints that may be contributing to tension, disconnection, or repeated conflict. Rather than analysing or assigning blame, the work focuses on awareness, responsibility, and integration.

Through guided creative exploration, you are supported in meeting relational challenges at their root — allowing space for insight, healing, and conscious choice. Using creative expression as the primary language, we explore your inner landscape beyond the limits of logic and overthinking. This allows insights to surface organically, illuminating your values, sources of joy, core motivations, and long-term intentions. You’ll be guided into the landscape of your subconscious, using expressive art to explore the symbols, emotions, and patterns that repeatedly appear in your dreams. Rather than analysing dreams intellectually, this process allows meaning to emerge organically,  revealing insights that may be difficult to access through words alone.

These sessions support clarity, emotional integration, and the resolution of inner conflicts, helping you uncover the personal wisdom your dreams are offering.
